国民の殆どは，この軽減税率の穴埋めについて，十分に理解しているのかどうか，今後毎年１兆円の財源を見つけることは，大変な仕事である，現在価値に引き戻すと，おそらく１０兆円オーダーの話になるのだろう，人によって感覚が違う，どこでどうして人によって変わってくるのだろうか，不思議に思うことがある，

一時的に出る５万円，１０万円にはそれほど神経を使わない人が，毎月１０００円の会費には神経を使う，私は，この一時的な出費には大胆な人は，経済計算が分かっている人で，月１００円問題ないだろう，と言う人は，本当は間違っているのだと思う，これに便乗して営業するのが，例えば携帯電話などだ，

電力自由化が大きく話題を呼んでいるが，小売企業との間でいろいろなやりとりが行われることになるが，例えば太陽光などは，月委５０００円ですよ，と言われても，それなら２００万円ぐらいで自分のうちに太陽光パネルを置いた方がよい，など言う議論になっていくのだろう，

４月から実施される全面電力自由化には，私もいろいろ議論というか疑問がある，発電所を持たずに小売りに参入する人は，まだ十分に稼働していない卸売り市場に頼らざるを得ない，時によってはこの市場では高騰するだろう，経産省が検討している需給調整市場は，正常に稼働するのだろうか，など

世間は，今日も，株安，原油価格安の進行で，震え上がっている，遂に原油価格についてはバレル１０ドル台の予想を掲げるメディアも出てきた，破壊的である，おそらく中東原油も原価割れのレベルか，インドでは，ミネラルウオーターよりも安い，と言う新聞記事も出ている，中国経済の動向に注目，

米国のベンチャー，テスラが挑戦する蓄電池併設の太陽光発電所，他のグリッド，供給源から支援を受けずに，発電所単独で特定区域に完全な供給責任を果たす電力企業体を目指している，これの意味するところは重要で，もう少し理解を進める必要がある，蓄電池をつければよし，そう簡単ではない，

電力自由化に伴って，売電単価の厳しい競争が予想されているが，必要なときにその量だけ供給出来る発電所は，極めて理想である，すなわち，ベースロードも，中間ピークも，最先端ピークも供給する義務がある，それが今の電力企業の課されている実情であるが，そのために莫大な費用が必要である，

水力発電所は，供給調整のために，大きなダムを造って水をためている，原子力発電所が経済的にベースロードしか供給できないため，また別個に大きなダムを二つ必要とする揚水発電所を建設している，太陽光や風力の不安定な電源を受け入れる大手電力は，これを穴埋めする設備を別途必要としている，

蓄電池は，単なる太陽光発電所の付属設備，と考えるには高価で，むしろ同じ出力の発電所を二つ造るぐらいな経済的覚悟が必要である，私も試算したことがあるが，蓄電池の問題点は耐用年数にある，一般の発電所とは比較にならない短命な設備で，そのため年経費が莫大で，テスラに構想には疑問がある，

最近のオバマ政権は中東でもたついている，イラク戦争を主導した当時の覇気はない，それはオバマ政権の性格もあるが，それ以上にシェールオイルで中東原油の必要がなくなりつつあることだ，それがイスラエルの反発を招き，シリアのアサド政権にもたつき，イランへの甘い対応になって現れている，

米国が中東から手を引くことはあり得ない，とは言われているが，米国以上に中東の安定を必要としているのは中国でありインドだ，これから拡大する経済規模，輸入石油への依存は，中国が９０％，インドが７５％と言われている，しかし，中国とインドがどこまで犠牲を払う覚悟か，期待は出来ない，
