Apple が、一部の9.7インチiPad Pro 「iOS 9.3.2」にアップデートすると、「Error 56（エラー56）」が表示され使用できなくなる問題で、9.7インチiPad Pro向けの「iOS 9.3.2」の配布を停止したようです。

現在、Appleはこの問題の修正に取り組んでおり、可能な限り迅速にアップデートの提供を予定しているとしています

すでにアップデートしてしまい、この問題が発生しiTunesでも復元が出来ない場合、Appleサポートへ連絡するよう薦めています。
