Long time no see!
I think my ff11 addiction died after I came back from JP. Logged in once, didn't wanna do anything. But then this shiny new ff came out.
So you know where I've been >.>
14 is ... ok.
The job system is pretty good, you can pick most of the abilities from any job you've leveled, limited by action points which is like how BLU magic works. Crafting is awesome as quests - free materials and crystals for skilling up, plus quest reward. Job change anywhere. And it's pretty.
That's about all the good stuff. No AH is super annoying, no flag up, which makes everyone solo, long cool down time for getting quests, no player search, keep repairing gear is a pain, etc etc. Plus all the bad stuff playing a new game, no one knows what they're doing. Difficulty in getting a lot of the items and no AH means everyone's gear sucks, unless you level all the crafting jobs, or spend all day checking every mule's bazaar.
Of course, I'm gonna give it some time. It's pretty after all.

Summer <3
Bumped into Summer Festival this weekend! The weather was so nice, good food, kids running around in yukata, goldfish scooping and all that.
Kind of sad every time it happens summer is almost gone. Why can't it be summer all year round?
Although this year I got a vacation coming up next month. :D Almost 2weeks family trip to JP and a tiny bit of HK at the end. I don't really have a plan except for 1 day set aside for onsen, and watching a lot of TV!!
FF-wise, I'm finally done with the cure pot staff :) The last trial was easier than expected as SCH can 1-shot EP elementals in Saruta(S).It took me 4 lightdays but the last one with only 3 needed. The 3rd day there was a RDM there, so we partied up and I get refresh and cures after convert, which made it a lot faster for the most part since then I don't have to keep using charges to switch grimoires.
That looks heavy! Or maybe it's just plastic.

80x7 mission accomplished
Last weekend SM had an Abys XP run, and I brought my last remaining 75 job that I never play. I had to get gear for it and my spellcast file was missing most of the job functions. >.>; So I spent a lot of time prepping for this one XP session. Well, I guess it was worth it though. COR is now 80 with capped buffer!
On the Magian side, I finally finished my eva claws so hades can go baibai. They are also quite nice when footwork got dispelled or para'd, and I don't want to feed TP to the mob. Theorectically, I would like some STR claws for that, but those would have to wait.
I've gone back to work on my cure pot staff and 150 banish2 kills are no jok..zzzzzzzzzz.. I managed to get over that somehow with rabbits in the tree. Joytoy'd them to 3% and under then banish2 with the stupid staff! Very painful.
Then I moved on to handing in 25 bottled pixies, but I'll get my 15% cure pot after 10 of them. The worst part of these are the running and warping and running and warping. The quest description should be run to Castle Oz then run to Fay Spring 25 times. x.x; Well good thing is I don't need to equip the staff when I hand them in, so I grab retrace scroll everytime (x50!) and do it all on MNK.
I also opened a STR bow, but it got moved to a lower priority since I got the super awesome Siege bow. And I love it!! I wish they had put in an enmity- option for magian bows. And I should probably start leveling that /DRG >.< Somehow being on RNG makes people trigger happy. I swear it's not me.
