A Call for Global Conscience

Trump, far from stopping Putin’s genocide in Ukraine, has sunk to the same level as Netanyahu—who has overseen the ongoing slaughter in Gaza. He has become fully complicit in these killings.

We need immediate action to neutralize all weaponry, including nuclear arms, and to build harmony through dialogue rather than bloodshed.

Humanity has already endured more than enough of the horrors of slaughter.

Enough is enough! Don't you all feel the same?

This is our great opportunity to evolve beyond violence and killing. Let us each use our voice on social media to shout: "Stop the killing immediately!" As citizens of Japan—the only nation to have experienced the hell of nuclear weapons, and a country that knows both sides of conflict—our voices carry immense weight.

Peace cannot be achieved through prayer alone. Prayer must be followed by action! An individual's power may seem small, but it is never powerless. By gathering these small forces, we can create a massive energy, connecting with citizens worldwide to stop the leaders who are driving us toward carnage.

And to the world’s leaders: Have the courage to stop and think again! Peace can never be achieved through slaughter. History proves that killing only breeds resentment, leaving embers of conflict that burn for eternity.

Now is the time for humanity to graduate from violence. The leader who has the conviction to declare "No more war!" and acts upon it will be the one the world truly admires.

Everyone, let us build world peace with our own hands! Please, take that first step. You and I possess the great power to change the world. Take one step—that is all it takes. The time is now!

【原田真二】

Shinji Harada 1977年10月、18才で「てぃーんず　ぶるーす」でデビュー。「キャンディ」「シャドー・ボクサー」と3ヵ月連続でシングルを発売。　3枚全てが同時に数々のチャートでベスト10入りし、ファースト・アルバム「Feel Happy」はオリコン初の初登場１位を獲得するという日本音楽史上初の快挙を成し遂げる。 2000年より心の環境整備を訴える環境チャリティー「鎮守の杜コンサート」をスタートさせ伊勢神宮、明治神宮、出雲大社、厳島神社など全国の神社でコンサートを行い、ＮＰＯ法人を設立。 2013年9月ニューヨーク国連本部・国際平和会議Highlevel forumontheculture of peaceにて演奏。　国連ハイレベル国際会議において歌唱演奏した、世界最初のアーティストとなる。毎年、原爆祈念日に合わせてピースコンサートを開催し平和構築へのメッセージを発信し続けている。広島生まれ。

In October 1977, at the age of 18, he made his debut with the song, “Teen’s Blues”. He released “Candy” and “Shadow Boxer” in three consecutive months.　All three singles reached the top 10 on numerous charts at the same time, and his first album “Feel Happy” became the first album in Japanese music history to reach No. 1 on the Oricon chart. In 2000, he started “Chinju no Mori Concert”, an environmental charity appealing for the improvement of the spiritual environment, and held concerts at shrines throughout Japan including Ise Jingu Shrine, Meiji Jingu Shrine, Izumo Taisha Shrine, and Itsukushima Shrine, and established a non-profit organization. Performed at the High level forum on the culture of peace at the United Nations Headquarters in New York in September 2013.　He became the first artist in the world to sing and perform at a high-level international conference of the United Nations. He was born in Hiroshima, and every year on the anniversary of the atomic bombing, he holds a peace concert to spread his message of peacebuilding.

【中垣顕實】（なかがき・けんじつ）

ニューヨーク在住の浄土真宗（西本願寺）僧侶。NY平和ファンデーション（HeiwaPeaceand Reconciliation Foundation of New York Ltd.) の創設者、その代表（President)を務める。現在、ひろしま平和大使、長崎平和特派員、ニューヨーク仏教連盟名誉会長、（現在は副会長）、NYインターフェイス・センター名誉理事（前副会長）、ニューヨーク市警察コミュニティ・リエーゾン、米国仏教団中加教区開教使会顧問、サンガカヤ・ファウンデーション顧問として活動。以前はニューヨーク本願寺仏教会前住職、NY日系人会前理事などを務めた。30年にわたり、ニューヨークで活動する。 1994年から毎年８月５日に広島・長崎原爆法要「NYインターフェイス（超宗教）平和の集い」を主催し、仏教の精神にも基づいた平和を訴える活動を展開。2002年から十年間、９月11日にハドソン川での 9.11同時多発テロ犠牲者追悼灯ろう流しを行った。著書に『卍（まんじ）とハーケンクロイツ』ー卍に隠された十字架と聖徳の光ー（現代書館、2013年）他がある。

Rev. Dr. T. K. Nakagaki is a Buddhist priest, ordained (1980) in the 800-year- old Jodoshinshu tradition of Japanese Buddhism. He is a Founder and President of Heiwa Peace and Reconciliation Foundation of New York; President Emeritus of the Buddhist Council of New York; Hiroshima Peace Ambassador; Peace Correspondent of Nagasaki City; an Honorary Board Member of the interfaith Center of New York; an Honorary President of Sanghakaya Foundation (India); and Community Clergy Liaison for the NYC Police Department. Since 1994, Rev. Nakagaki has organized an annual interfaith peace event to commemorate the Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic bombings. He organized the annual 9-11 WTC Memorial Floating Lanterns Ceremony (2002-2011). He is an author of "The Buddhist Swastika and Hitler's Cross: Rescuing a Symbol of Peace from the Forces of Hate" (published 2018, Stone Bridge Press).

【ヒサ絵】　Hisae

2009年に「ヒサ絵」としてCD「恋慕」でインディーズデビューを果たす。

透明感のある瑞々しい歌声と歌詞に重きをおいた楽曲で多くのファンを魅了する。

2017年にビルボード大阪、2019年に銀座ヤマハホールにて観客を感動させ、大盛況で単独ライブを行う。

時には聞く人に寄り添い、或いはきれいなだけではない人間の裏側を表現した楽曲など様々な風景を切り取った作品を多数発表。

代表曲「祈り」はこの世の矛盾や嫌なニュースを知り、感じた平和への祈りを捧げる一曲。

コロナ渦では自身の感性を基に作成したミュージックビデオとともにツイキャスの無料配信を行い現在も毎週木曜21時～笑いと癒しをリスナーに届けている。

現在は大阪を拠点に名古屋、東京、横浜で精力的に活動中。

In 2009, Hisae made her independent debut as “HISAE” with the CD album entitled RENBO. Fans are fascinated by her soothing angelic voice and her lyrics-focused songs. She performed solo live at Billboard Osaka in 2017 and Ginza Yamaha Hall in 2019 with great success, impressing audiences with her unique style and voice. Hisae has released a number of works that capture various emotional tones, including songs that express the darker side of humanity. Her songs have a unique way to intimately connect with her listeners. Her representative song INORI (prayer) is a song that conveys the need for prayer in midst of the contradictions and unpleasant news in the world. During the Covid pandemic, Hisae used her artistic sensibility to create and launch a music video distributed for free on the platform TwitCasting, and it continues to deliver laughter and healing to listeners every Thursday from 9pm. Currently based in Osaka, Hisae is active in Nagoya, Tokyo, and Yokohama.

【青蓮】（衣装デザイナー時広真吾）

Seiren “Blue Lotus” (Costume Designer Tokihiro Shingo) 国内外のみならず、海外の演劇祭にも招聘される衣装デザイナー時広真吾は、自ら創作した衣装を纏い。「青蓮」という名前でパフォーマンスをしている。登場しただけで空気を変えると言われる青蓮は日本国内はもとより、アメリカ、マレーシア、ロシア、中華人民共和国など、海外にも招聘され高い評価を得て、ファンも多い。近年は演劇界からも出演依頼がある。

Costume designer Tokihiro Shingo is invited to perform at theater festivals both in Japan and overseas, wearing costumes he created himself. He performs under the name "Seiren." Seiren is said to change the atmosphere just by appearing, and has been invited to perform not only in Japan but also overseas, including the United States, Malaysia, Russia, and the People's Republic of China, where he has received high praise and many fans. In recent years, he has also been asked to perform in the theater world

【ルーラ・レイラ】Lulla LayLa:

ルーラ・レイラは、日本の民族音楽と世界の民族音楽を現代的なサウンドに融合させたシンガーソングライターです。彼女の音楽は、自由な精神性にあふれ、スピリチュアルなテーマを深く探求している。風変わりなルックスと透き通った声で知られ、世界中のリスナーに一体感と郷愁を呼び起こします。ルーラ・レイラは、寺院やロック会場からカーネギーホールやリンカーンセンターまで、さまざまな会場で演奏してきた。また、チャリティー集会などのイベントも企画。ピアノとタンブールを演奏し、彼女の感動的なパフォーマンスに豊かな質感を加えている。

Lulla LayLa is a singer-songwriter, blending Japanese and world folk into a contemporary sound. Her music, marked by a free-spirited approach, explores spiritual themes with depth. Lulla LayLa has performed at diverse venues, from temples and rock venues to Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. She also organizes events, including charity gatherings. She plays piano and tanbur, adding rich textures to her evocative performances.

【涼恵】Suzue

小野八幡神社・権禰宜。ブラジル生まれの女子神職。幼い頃から神社で育った彼女は、自然の語らいに耳を澄まし言霊を唄うと評され、作詞作曲を手がける作品は洋楽器に雅楽器をとりいれた独特の音楽世界を創造している。

世界宗教者平和会議世界大会、NYカーネギーホール、ブラジル、ロシア、中国、タイなど彼女のコンサートは世界各地で開催され、その音楽性に国境のないことを証明する。

神社新報にて「社に想ふ」連載中。神道文化賞受賞。武士道の著書であり旧五千円札の新渡戸稲造は縁戚。

令和元年、角松敏生プロデュースによる童謡唱歌のアルバム「心のふるさと」を発表。翌年、「楽園」(UNIVERSAL MUSIC JAPAN)にてメジャーデビュー。同年、神社新報ブックスより初の随想集「言霊の響き」を上梓。令和四年活動20周年を迎え、新作「くくり」を発表し、iTunesオランダチャートにて1位を記録する。
