8月8日広島の惨状を報告された昭和天皇は直ちにポツダム宣言を受諾するよう外務大臣に命じた。その結果、日本軍は中国大陸からの引き上げを敢行し、シナに軍事的空白が生まれた。
沖縄で大損害を受けた米軍にはその空白を埋める余力は無くなっていたし、一年前の大陸打通作戦で大損害を喫していた蒋介石軍にも余力は無くなっていた。その空白を埋めたのは毛沢東とスターリンという共産主義者だった。
すなわち広島原爆がシナを共産化させたということである。
米軍が原爆を使用せず、日本と和平交渉を進めていれば、日本軍の急な撤兵は無く、軍事空白は生じなかったであろう。
シナの共産化は朝鮮戦争とベトナム戦争を誘発させた。北鮮軍とは5年前までは旧日本軍であり、ベトミン・ベトコンは旧日本軍が育成した軍隊である。
朝鮮戦争とベトナム戦争で死んだアメリカ兵も広島原爆の犠牲者だと言うことになる。
だから、原爆投下を正当化した東京裁判の否定は米国民のためにも必要だと言うことである。
