Today I will show you how to get Randy Rhoads sound part 2.
This is it.

First, hit the string with your nail.
Second, hit the string with the pick.
Third, touch the string with your thumb, thumb finger.
The point of this screaming sound is hitting the string with the edge of your nail.It makes the pinch harmonics stronger.
Randy uses it on the third string at the low position, I think.
