Do you know anyone who is annoying?
They delete the email and insist they never received it, even though you send it to them by email because they forget when you tell them verbally? This is a labor consultation from five years ago, sent online. I answered as follows: I've been working for 45 years now, and while I don't see anyone like that around me, it's not uncommon for people to be unwilling to admit their own mistakes. People in powerful positions often try to justify themselves in some way. They have a tendency to commit power harassment. Communication via email and the web lacks reliability. I once wrote a book with a group of seven people. We did a variety of things, such as giving instructions via chat and having the deliverables sent as attachments. There were a variety of people, such as people who looked at things immediately and people who were slow to look at them. I was a project leader, and it was difficult. LINE has a "read" display feature, making it clear whether your intentions have been conveyed and whether consensus building is underway. Chat doesn't have this feature, so I considered switching to LINE. For important matters, you still need to use a phone call. Assuming that "the message has been conveyed" will ruin your results. Of course, "annoying people who insist they didn't receive the email" is a bigger issue. (^-^; I've made some changes to the display content and posted it.
