国民健康保険の保険料滞納による約3万人(全国で)の児童
（18歳未満）が、無保険になっています。
なぜなら、親が支払いができなくなると保険料を滞納するのが問題であります。
そのようになっても、子供に罪はありません。
ですから、親が保険料を滞納しても子どもだけは無保険にならないようにするような議員立法を早急に通過させてほしいですぅ。
民主党は、「国保無保険児童救済法」を策定しました。
親が無保険になるのは、仕方ない面があります。
しかし、絶対に子どもは無保険にしてはなりません。
民主党の「次の内閣」で審議し、法案を決定する予定だそうです。
与党の協力ではやく法案が通過できるように願います。
