皆さんは、人生をどのように過ごすか計画を立てていますか？
いきなりの質問です！
人生・・・日本人の平均寿命８０歳
私の年齢３２歳、平均で考えるとあと５０年近く。
長いですね〜。
私の現在のもくろみでは、｢５０歳までに不労所得で生活できるようになる｣です。
そうすれば、８０歳までの３０年間で好きな事をして暮らしていけるかな〜と
結構安易に考えています。
でも、考えるだけではダメですから、いろんな事をＴＲＹしていきますよ。
まず、手始めに今年中に株式投資にチャレンジです。
イメトレでは結構儲かっているんですよ、これならいけるかな･･･と。
ま、実際に自分のお金がかかってくると心理面で違うから、イメトレのようには行かないのかもしれませんが。
で、ある程度元手が出来たら不動産投資にもチャレンジしたいですね。
これは、今ブームなのでこの先どうなるかわかりませんが、必ずやってみたいなと思っています。
理想としては、家賃収入で生活です。
あくまで、まだ理想としかいえません。
