口内炎:stomatitis

気が付くとできているのが口内炎。塩っぽいものを食べると、すごくしみます。

結局は健康を維持していないと口内炎を発症させてしまうようです。

食生活からまずは見直してみようかな。

When I notice it, I have stomatitis. If you eat something salty, it will stain you very much.

スウェーデンとフィンランドのNATO加盟方針はロシアの対応を見ていたら仕方がない。

それだけロシアもプーチン大統領も国際的な信用がなくなってしまった。

日本も憲法9条など言ってる場合ではなく、本気で自国の防衛の体制を変えないといけないのではないでしょうか。

憲法9条があるがために自国を守ることができないなら、そんな憲法必要ないですから。

I think Japan must seriously change its defense system, not when it says Article 9 of the Constitution.
If you can't protect your country because of Article 9 of the Constitution, you don't need such a Constitution.

ウクライナの人々の失望と怒り：Disappointment and anger of the Ukrainian people

やはり社会主義と民主主義の国では価値観が違う。でも決してロシア人の方の価値観が異なるのではない。
社会主義の国が強力な武力を持つと独裁的な考え方から力で他国を攻めようとするといことがわかりました。

民主主義と社会主義の共存。地球が抱える永遠の課題ですね。
