キャロットケーキを焼きました。今日はコテコテクリームチーズフロスティングではなくて、あっさりと、レモンアイシング。これと引き換えに。。。



Matthew & Kevinの手作り絵本を頂いてきました！すごくきれいです。手作りでもこんなにきれいに出来るのねー、と感動。愛情たっぷりの絵本、どうも有り難う。大切にします。（絵本作製の過程はMatthewさんのブログでどうぞ！）

ＭＩＫＡさん、コメントが遅れてしまいすみません！！　ここ最近仕事がなにかと忙しく、ばたばたしていたものですから・・・。

それから、キャロット・ケーキ、本当に本当に美味しかったです。「スパイスが効き過ぎているかも」なんて仰っていましたが、僕にはちょうど良かったです。甘さもさっぱりしていて、後を引く美味しさ。どうもありがとう！

Matthewさーん、この前はどうも！久しぶりに元気な顔を見れてよかったです！今週は母の日攻撃でまたまた忙しいですねー。体に気をつけて、21日も元気な顔を見せて下さいね！
キャロットケーキ、実はシナモンとか塩とかは計らないので、いつも加減が違うの。。。
TB。。。勉強しますね。。。（やったことない）
