Pre-order your artwork!
Save time, skip lines, get cooler stuff, and make sure nothing stands in the way of the awesomication of your collection!
I still can’t believe people will stand in line to get an autograph from me, and I desperately fear that one day, you’ll all come to the sudden realization that I’m nothing special.
But as long as there are people willing to come see me, I’ll keep trying to make that an easier and more enjoyable experience. The next experiment: Event pre-orders! Just like calling in to a restaurant for pick-up! Only you probably shouldn’t eat the art, and you’ll still be hungry afterward. …Maybe this is a bad analogy…
It’s pretty straightforward. If you’re going to GP Nagoya, and you have artwork you’re planning to have done there, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, and I can potentially have it done before I leave for the event.
Some things to note:
For all of you who aren’t going to the GP, and have been patiently waiting for mail-in stuff to open up:
For now, I’m just going to try having pre-orders available for shows I’ll be attending. It helps the nice folks who bring me out to the events by adding value to attending, and I can get more art done for people. Eventually the Queue may open back up in a more limited (manageable) fashion some time in the future, but I don’t have plans to do that right now.
