Should there be restrictions to free of speech in some cases?  

Should there be restrictions to free of speech in some cases? 
I don't believe that there should (A)ever be restrictions to freedom of speech (B)for the following three reasons(C_): we need to protect the right to free expression; we need to understand other people, especially foreigners, and we need to respect freedom of thought.(_C) 
(D_)Once the government starts to restrict our right to free expression, a miserable situation will result.(_D) Historically, at the (E)start of war, (F_) governments want the power to limit the speech of citizens.(_F) Recently, many journalists (G_)have disclosed facts that the authorities want to hide, and this helps us to learn about the facts.(_G) 
(H_)Secondly, we need to know all people well in order to prevent conflict. (_H) (I_) To understand other people, listening to them speak and hearing their opinions and thoughts is a very effective way. If this becomes illegal, we will lose the chance to get information about what other people are thinking about.(_I) 
Finally, (J_)restrictions of free speech tends to have a bad influence on the idea of free thought.(_J) (K_)Everyone has the right to free thought, and to respect this basic right is the duty of developed countries. Free thinking has supported the development of modern society, so we must preserve it.(_K) 
For the reasons mentioned above, we must respect (L)freedom of speech. 


最初に３つも理由を持ってくるところで:と;を使って列挙せよ、という修正です。
確かに、これは文字数省略になる←

  "free speech" → "free thought" → "basic rights"と３つ出てくるような流れにしたかった。

そして、ヘイトスピーチとかは規制していいと思いますが、その辺りは文字数的に断念

Agree or disagree: The value of a college education will continue to decrease as technology improves.

I disagree with the opinion because college (A)teaches students how to select information, communicate with others and (B) achieve aims. 
First, thanks to the Internet, it (C)has become easier to get information, but people (D)need to select valuable one. In college, students have to gather and select information to make reports. During the term, they know how to deal with a lot of information. The ability to select valuable information is essential for (E)businesspersons, so to contribute to grow this, college education is important. 
Second, in college we have to communicate with others who have grown up(F) in various environments. In such a situation, we need to improve our communication skills. Nowadays (G), most of the companies require high communication (H)skills. 
Third, (I)college life is a good chance to manage some projects. For example, in school (J)festivals, students use budget more freely than before. (K)Making plans to achieve aims are precious experiments for them. Some students experience(L) (M)part-time jobs. College students have free time and (N)are old enough to manage by themselves. 
(O)For the above three reasons, I think the value of college education(P) still remains even if (Q)technology improves.

あくまで、進学するならそれなりの関門を経て、的な意見を持っています
塾講師バイトしていて、11月後半から入塾してきて勉強時間より進学可能な受験校を調べてる時間の方が長いじゃん…みたいな生徒さんも対応してました

topic30（気分を変えて前からと後ろから出すことにしました）：
Does the Internet have a beneficial effect on society?

I am of the opinion that the Internet has a beneficial effect on society (A)with three reasons. 
First, the Internet gives us a lot of opportunities to take (B)a high level education. (C)Distances and (D)costs had prevented us from learning freely. The Internet can solve (E)the most part of these problems. Nowadays, we can take classes (F_)from home (G)at reasonable (H)prices(_F), held all over the world . 
Second, the Internet (I)makes it easy to communicate with (J)foreigners. This gives us a chance to understand different aspects of news, religions and so on. To understand different points is important for us to avoid conflicts and wars. 
Finally, people can spread their (K)opinions (L)more freely than before. Without the Internet, to spread (M)opinions needs a lot of time and (N)costs. (O_)Those who broadcast their views to limited people who have more money and chances should be restricted by the government as they might convey convenient aspects.(_O) Such trends have (P)led to the miserable results. Nowadays, everyone can broadcast their (Q)opinions to the world, and it (R)contributes to the world peace. 
In conclusion, because (S) the Internet gives us (T)a chance to learn, communicate and express (U)our (V)opinions, I think the Internet (W)has a positive effect on society.

今回は返却時のコメントが、単数形、複数形にもっと注意を払った方が良い、というだけだったので、
なんで変更になったかちょっとよく分からない（間違いか、代替表現なのか）ところも残ります。
しかし、よく今回はミスったぞ！

wordは明らかな綴りミスは即時訂正変換してくれるし、文法も波線で教えてくれるので、これを割と発動させる自分は手書き練習がいると思います。なのでパソコン上では気づけるsとc、rやlの怪しい綴りがある気がしています。返却済の物をちゃんと写経しようか、と 思っています。
後、実際書くとどれくらいかかるのかも見ておかねば。 

ネットは必須です。
田舎人間が、土日に話す相手はネット上にしかいません！！
