don't I ? :)
Recently, I swim most weekends.
As a result of the secret practice,
I got the hang of how to swim better,
so I was confident MAVI-san would prise me
as "You got better!" .
but, it was over-optimistic :)
100m warming-up swim
Board kick 150m , 50mx6on75s
and 25mx6 HEHHEH
Side kick with sculling
I got many "No" :_(
And during the side kick practicing,
I was the only one who couldn't move on
to the next menu :_(
When I put on fins and did a butterfly dash,
Surprisingly, Mavi-san said:
"Good! You should be racing Butterfly!"
For the first time this year, I received a compliment :)
Certainly while I was swimming
I felt that I was able to swim the best I've ever had.
It must be the result of practicing dolphin moves
at home while I couldn't swim in the pandemic.
At the last cool down swim,
When I swam front crawl with the feeling I felt
when I was practicing the side kick,
"Did you get it? The best you've ever swam!"
I finally got it!
I got the hang of it :-)
I am happy.
Today's homework (?)
- Keep my core tight
- Kick upward
- butterfly dash and crawl dash without fins.
