なんか早い。and I have arrived in Hong Kong!

＜Day 1 arrival / 香港到着＞
Everythiing seems to be so quick. After the immigration, which was really fast, my luggage was already on the beltconveyer. My drawing, oversized fragile luggage, came soon after I asked the worker about it. The worker handed and said "Bye" at the same time. Quick.
I went to buy a ticket to get a ride into the city. The seller told me that I don't need to buy the ticket there... I was puzzled but followed the instruction and got on the train, which came right after I stepped into the platform. Then 24 min, I was at the Hong Kong station. Aenon, who is the organizer, run the gallery EXIT, and long time frined came towards the exit gate handed me some cash. I went to the ticket booth and got my round trip ticket. I put out my cash and the seller gave me the ticket at the same time. I guess he knew what I wanted, but it was quick! And the taxi area is just right off the entrance of the train, like 5-10 seconds...and taxi comes right in. Everything is quick!
We arrived at the 2P gallery where I will have my show from the 4th, and I will be staying in the back loft until 7th. I got a SIM and some food at SEVEN ELEVEN near by, and went to bed. Day 1 finished quickly.
何もかも早い。昨夜、空港ついて、入国済ませたらもうスーツケースは回転台で回っていた。
オーバーサイズand壊れ物別渡しでお願いしていたインストラクションのドローイングも聞いたらすぐに持って来て、渡し終わった瞬間に高速の「Bye!」
エアポートエクスプレスに乗ろうとチケット売り場に並ぶも、なぜかここで買う必要はないと言われ、よくわからないが駅に向かうと電車がちょうどきたので、まー中で車掌とかくるのかと思い乗車。24分で香港中心部へ。早い。
改札に向かうと、今回のオーガナイザーで、香港でgallery exit というギャラリーを運営していて、かつニューヨーク留学時代の友人でもあるAenonが改札ごしに現金をくれ、チケット代金精算する。何を買うのかわかっているのだろうが、お金を渡すと同時にチケットが窓口から手渡される。早い！
そして改札をでて5秒ぐらいの位置にもうタクシー乗り場が！さすがに電車がついたばかりなので少し待つかとおもいきや、あっという間にタクシーに乗って、今回の展示会場、そして滞在先でもある
2Pへ。Aenonと少し話したり、コンビニでSIMと食べ物を少し買ったり。さすがに疲れたのでそのまま就寝。
＜Day 2 just started / 制作開始＞
This morning is clouded. Aenon told me they had a really big typhoon in the past days. It might raing again in the afternoon. I walked around the neighboorhood a little bit, got some breakfast.
Came back to the gallery and started working on readjusting the idea of the installation looking and measuring the real space by sight and other senses.
There will be a meeting in the afternoon for the concert on the 30th, and plan schedule for buying materials for the exhibition. So Day 2 I started working. I will start working on it by going to the supermarket now!
今朝は曇り、Aenonの話によるとここ10年で最大級の台風が来ていたらしく、普段よりも暑さがましだけど雨がひどいとのこと。今日も昼頃は雷雨の予報だけどどうなるのでしょう？
朝少し近所を散歩して、パン屋で朝食を購入し市場のようなところで果物を少々。（Twitterの方に画像あります。相変わらずiPhoneからはこのブログに画像アップできない。。。）
ギャラリーで少しアイデアを練ろうかと、思っていたら、掃除婦のリサさんがやってきてインスタントコーヒーをいれてくれ、オレオみたいなクッキーまで頂きました。ちょっと嬉しいきもちになったところで、具体的に展示をどうするかも見えてきそうです。
午後からは30日のコンサート、弦楽四重奏と氷を吊るすパフォーマンス、の打ち合わせ。ギャラリースタッフとも会って展示に必要なものをどうするか相談する感じ。今回も楽しみつつ、挑戦しつつ、協力してくれている人達も喜んでくれるような仕事が出来ればと思っています。作品材料を求めてスーパーにいってきます！

京都はかなり蒸し暑いよ。
