ブロガーは普通に日本語で書く、それを翻訳して英文を自動生成し
同一URL上に日本語、英語を 静的コンテンツとして、 配置します。
翻訳はwebサービスレベルでたぶん十分です。
読みやすい必要なんか全くないし、意味が通らなくて構いません。
検索エンジンに見せるためだけのコンテンツだからです。
読んでもよく意味がわからないので、コメントを書いてくれるかもしれません。
（※特に、英語圏の閲覧者は、そういう人が多いです。）
日本語をよく読んでくれるようになることを期待します。（期待します）
これをブログサービスで自動化すれば、海外からのアクセス増が期待できます。

割と古くから、多言語併用記述をやっていた人はいたのですが、数は非常に少ないです。これを、自動化させればいいです。
日本は世界の秘境なのです.....ということを自覚していない日本人が非常に多いです。
特に日本文化（今昔問わず）に興味ある外国人は、
日本人がそう思ってるよりもずっと多いみたいなので、海外からのアクセスが、たぶん増加します。
日本語コンテンツの量は非常に多いので、この量のコンテンツが一気に英語圏に流れ込むなると、何か変わるかもしれません。
様々な理由で、これは絶対に行うべきです。
自社の利益を考えるなら、
国内のCSPは標準装備するべきなのです。何かのためだけではありません。（即物的な）利益のためでもあります。
様々な理由で、「日本語」を輸出するべきなのです。
