This photo is from last week, when we had a nice warm day, nice enough to run barefoot!

I read while Chee ran and played in the leaves. He won't stop for a photo anymore! He used to love to have his photos taken, that he even learned to do a fake smile. This shall pass too?

I like my little camera. It's a SONY Cyber-shotU. It surprises me with it's abilities. I love the photo it took of a moving little puppy-like kid. I chose this because it has few moving parts. It's small, cute, and does ok.

I keep it in a pouch that I bought during a high school trip. Now that's priceless.

先週、日向ぼっこをしながら息子は落ち葉に埋もれたり、庭をはだしで駆け回り、私は読書。

私の小さなカメラでも、なかなか良い写真が撮れたかな。最近、息子はまともな写真を撮らせてくれず、2秒たりとも止まってくれません。以前は’にっこりー’と言うとわざとらしい笑顔を作ってくれたのに。

垂れ込める灰色の雲の下（雪降りの予報が出ていたのです）、紅葉の絨毯の彼方のボストンの高層ビル街の影を撮ろうとしましたが、それは望みすぎだったみたい。

やはり少し陰っている方が、良いみたい。

イルカにつかまって泳ごう！カエルちゃんもしっかり僕につかまってね。

jan von holleben の写真に影響を受けて撮りました。日曜日はとても天気が良くて、半袖でも汗ばむ陽気でした。なので水着姿でも息子は暑かったようです。
でも、日差しが強すぎましたね。明るい曇った日に撮るのが良いのでしょう。また挑戦します。
あちこちblog hoppingしていて、この方のブログから知りました。
他の人たちが影響を受けて撮った写真も受け付けているようなので、私も送ろうかな、と。
どれが良いでしょうかね。

I took these photos after being inspired by jan von holleben's work, which I came across while blog hopping .
I had originally planned to have him in black shirt, tights, goggles and fins, but it was too warm for all that this weekend. It was the perfect Autumn day.
Having done it, I realized that it would be best to take the photos on a bright cloudy day. I have other ideas for Chee(my son's nickname) to pose for.
