パスタの茹で加減
いいかなーと思いつつ書くことに決めた。もう時効だから…。現在トランジットカフェのスタッフは全部で8人。福岡4人、東京1人、神奈川1人、鹿児島1人。そんな島ないちゃーに囲まれ日々奮闘している、唯一のうちなーんちゅ・ミーナ。なんだか、MAXのメンバーのような気もする。MINAと書けば、さらに、さらに倍だ。「おー、これぞ、沖縄美人！」と言わしめるほどのベッピンさんだが、顔に似合わず、そのすっとこどっこいさも、逸品さんなのである。それは、彼女がまだ入ってまもないトラジの「料理研修」を受けていた頃のこと。まー、とにかく覚えなければいけないことが山ほどある。音楽業界からの転身だけに、聞きなれない言葉もたくさんあった。だから、ノートだ。ミーナ・ノートは、とにかくすごい。レシピだの、テーブル番号だの、スタッフの性癖などノートにはひとつひとつ記されている（ちょっと嘘です）。あっという間に真っ白なスペースが、絵や文字で埋められていた。「なんと勤勉なことか」。そして目にとまった…“あるでん亭”「パスタの麺の硬さは“あるでん亭”」と書いてあった。こんなパスタ屋、どっかにありそうだ。ないなら、ぜひ作ってほしい。きっと食べに行くから！
