Nutritional quality of organic foods: a systematic review

Background:

Despite growing consumer demand for organically produced foods, information based on a systematic review of their nutritional quality is lacking.

Objective:

We sought to quantitatively assess the differences in reported nutrient content between organically and conventionally produced foodstuffs.

Conclusion :

On the basis of a systematic review of studies of satisfactory quality, there is no evidence of a difference in nutrient quality between organically and conventionally produced foodstuffs.
The small differences in nutrient content detected are biologically plausible and mostly relate to differences in production methods.

wikipedia によると、2006年にもイギリスの Food Standards Agency から同様の研究結果が出されている。一方で、今回の論文は同じ Food Standards Agency から研究資金を受けているので(Supported by the UK Food Standards Agency (PAU221).)、そのあたりは考慮する必要があるかもしれない。異なる研究機関の報告を期待。
また、化学農薬・肥料の健康面への影響は今回の研究結果には含まれていない模様。

日の出・日の入り時刻を調べる

朝や夕方におこなうトレーニングで重要な要素となる日の出・日の入り時刻

国立天文台のサイトにあるこよみの計算ページで確認するのが便利。
太陽・月の出入りだけでなく、高度・方位などが月日を指定していろいろ調べられる。

同サイト内には簡易版の「今日のこよみ」というページもあって、こっちは太陽と月の出入りに特化して見やすい。
だけど、日付指定が今日と±1日の指定しかできないので、別の月に移動したい場合などに不便。

ちょっと調べたら、月日を渡せば知りたい年月日の暦も取得できると分かった。

ページそのものはパラメータを POST で渡しているけど、下のような形式で GET でも OK.

デフォルトでは「今日」が検索対象になっているようで、都道府県IDだけ渡してやれば OK
