ヒュンダイ（現代自動車）のグローバルラグジュアリーブランドであるジェネシスは、ブランド初の新ミッドサイズクロスオーバーSUV "GV80" のオフィシャルイメージを先行公開した。

2020年モデルとしてデビューするこの新型「GV80」のスタイリングは、2017年4月のニューヨーク国際オートショーで披露されたコンセプトモデル "GV80 Concept (GV80 コンセプト)" でプレビューされている。

そして新型「GV80」では、同社の最新デザイン言語 "Athletic Elegance (アスレチック エレガンス)" が採用される他、同社のデザインアイデンティティーである "Crest  (クレスト)" グリルと呼ばれる大型のラジエーターグリルが備えられる。
