皆さんこんにちは！

雨が降る日々が続いてるのですが、皆さん元気にお過ごしですか？
コロナ、梅雨の為家で過ごしてる時間が増えてますね…皆さん何をしてお過ごしでしょうか？🤔
私はキッチンで色々作ったりしてます！😊
友達からプレゼントでもらったホームベーカリーを使って、いろんなパンを作ってます！
今日はパン、クラッカーとかに合うソースを2つ紹介したいと思います！😄
1-
刻んだオリーブとクリームチーズをしっかり混ぜて、出来上がり!
とてもシンプルなレシピなんですがとても美味しいです! 私はこのクリーム+サラミをパン、クラッカーに乗せて食べてます！🤤
2-
ミニトマトとクリームチーズをブレンダーでつぶして混ぜて、出来上がり!
このソースは夏にぴったりだと思います！
パスタにも使えます！🤤
キッチンにいる時間が増えた分、体重も少し増えてきましたが、チーム活動も再開したので、今はちょうど良いバランス! 💪

まだまだ難しい時代が続きますがコロナに負けないように頑張りましょう！

My name is
Rebecca Kersten and I am from Nelson, New Zealand.
In Nelson I
love to spend time with my partner and family. We love to go and explore the
outdoors and spend time on the farm.
I am 24
years old and I started playing rugby when I was 16. Before rugby I played
Hockey at a high level for New Zealand but stopped playing hockey when I moved
to japan.
I first
started playing rugby in japan in 2018 for Tokyo Phoenix. I never thought I
would join TKM, they were our rival team and the match was always very hard!
I joined TKM
in January 2020 for a new challenge. All the TKM members and staff are very
welcoming and hard working people. Everyone is so funny! And always wants to
have a good time.
I am
disappointed that I don’t get to debut for TKM and get to play with the
girls this season but I am very excited
to join TKM again in 2021. I am looking forward to working and training hard
with the TKM girls! .
ニュージーランドのネルソンという町からやってきたレベッカ・カースティンです。
ふるさとのネルソンでは、パートナーや家族と一緒に外へ探検をしに出掛けたり、農場でのんびり過ごしたりして楽しく過ごしていまいました。
私は現在、２４歳です。１６歳のころからラグビーを始めました。
ラグビー選手として活躍する前は、ニュージーランドのとある強豪チームでホッケーをしていたこともあります。
しかし私が日本へ渡ることになり、それ以降ホッケーをやめてしまいました。
２０１８年に来日した際は東京山九フェニックスでプレイしていましたので、まさかライバルチームのTKMに所属することになるとは思ってもいませんでした。
TKMにはいつも試合で苦戦を強いられていたからです！
２０２０年、私は新しいチャレンジを求めてTKMに移籍しました。
TKMの選手やスタッフはとてもあたたかく私を迎え入れてくださいましたし、非常に熱心なチームだなという印象を持ちました。
誰もが明るく、和気あいあいとした雰囲気に包まれています。
今シーズンはTKMの一員として活躍するチャンスには恵まれませんでしたが、２０２１年のシーズンにはまたTKMのチームメイトと一緒に練習に励み、戦えることを楽しみにしています！

Hello, Kia
Ora, my name is Morgan Morrow.
This is my third season with Yokohama TKM and my
fifth season in Japan. I am from New Zealand and come from a small town called
Paeroa which has beautiful country scenery. I am a qualified Elementary School
Teacher and have taught for three years before playing Rugby professionally for
NZ and Rugirl7s. I love to travel and have traveled to over 30 countries for
sport and leisure like Dubai, Spain, Norway, Egypt etc I love all things about
Japan-the people, food, summer and 7s Rugby. I enjoy the fun and friendly
environment of TKM and have made many good friends in the team and I hope they
will come to NZ to visit.I hope to doing my best this season and winning a
championship with TKM. I look forward to your loud support. Thank you.
キア・オラ（ニュージーランドの先住民、マオリ族の言葉で「こんにちは」という意味）、モーガン・モローです。
YOKOHAMA TKMでは3シーズン目を、そして日本では5シーズン目を迎えました。
私はニュージーランドの出身で、小さいながらも美しい景色の広がるパエロアという町からやってきました。
小学校の先生の資格を持っていて、ニュージーランド国内のチームと日本のRugirl-7でラグビーのプロとしてプレーする前までの3年間、生徒たちを教えていました。
旅行が大好きで、ドバイ、スペイン、ノルウェー、エジプトなど、スポーツやレジャーのために30カ国以上を旅してきました。
日本の人々、食べ物、夏、7人制ラグビーなど、日本のすべてのものが大好きです。
TKMの楽しくてフレンドリーな環境を楽しんでいますし、チーム内にもたくさんの良い友達ができました。
いつか彼女たちにもニュージーランドを訪れてほしいと思っています。
今シーズンはベストを尽くし、TKMで優勝したいと思います。

Hi my name is Charlotte Scanlan.
I am 31 years old and I have been playing rugby since I was 14 years old. I come from a small town in New Zealand called Feilding. It is located in the lower north island in the farming region of Manawatu. My high school is a very famous rugby school. Feilding High. I have played both rugby league and 7s for NZ. I have been apart of TKM for 4 years. I love Japanese culture, people, food, theme parks and izakaya. I have made many friends since joining TKM and I really hope I can show them my home and create more memories together. I especially enjoyed a trip to Osaka and Kyoto where we wore kimono and saw many temples. We also spent a day at universal studios which was amazing. Nz has one theme park but it is very small. I am saddened by the cancellation of this seasons taiyo semei but I am very excited to play again and wear the TKM jersey with pride. I hope to see many supporters there. I will keep training hard and give everything I have to this team.
こんにちは、私の名前はシャーロット・スキャランです。
現在31歳で、14歳の頃からラグビーをしています。
私はニュージーランド北島の下方に位置するマナワツ農業地帯のフィールディングという小さな町からやって来ました。
私が通っていたフィールディング高校はラグビーの強豪校として有名な学校です。
ニュージーランドにいた頃はラグビーリーグとセブンズの両方でプレーしていました。
その後 来日し、TKMには4年間所属しています。
私は日本の文化、人、食べ物、テーマパーク、そして居酒屋が大好きです。
TKMに入部してからたくさんの友達ができました。
いつか友人たちにも私のふるさとを訪ねてほしいですし、もっともっと皆と一緒にたくさんの思い出を作りたいと思っています。
特に大阪と京都への旅行は思い出深く、着物を着てたくさんのお寺を見て回ったことが楽しかったです。
ユニバーサルスタジオにも行きましたが、本当に素晴らしくて驚きました。
ニュージーランドにはテーマパークは１つしかなく、しかもとても小さいのです。
今シーズンの太陽生命トーナメントが中止になり、本当に残念に思っています。
しかし、またいつの日かTKMのユニフォームを着てグラウンドでプレーできるのを楽しみにしています。
サポーターの皆さんもぜひ応援しに来てくださいね。
その日を楽しみにしつつ、これからもトレーニングに励み、チームのために全力を尽くしていきたいと思います。

My name is Ateca Lewasewa Leiyamo.
I’m 19 years old ,I have just graduated from high school last year and I’m from Fiji. I have a background of touch football which I have played for 4 years before I started rugby league when I was 16. I made my debut for the national team at the age of 17 and I normally play 7s for off season. I enjoys 7s rugby very much and I also want to pursue in it and I’m indeed blessed to be in TKM as I’m surrounded by many talented ladies that just inspire me everyday and I believe this is a good place to be moulded for my development. I really enjoy the environment around trainings, the management and the girls. Though language is a barrier for some of us but somehow there’s always love, unity and laughter being shared amongst everyone. I really feel bad for not being able to to play for this season due my injury but i know my best is yet to come . I’m a teachable person and I’m always passionate about improvement and becoming a better player. Since I arrived I’ve learnt many things, improved on many things in my game and I can’t wait for many more new things and I’m thankful for the coaches and my teammates for helping me. I love the TKM family and everyone in it and all its supporters. Let’s getit✊🏽
フィジーから参りました、アテカ・レイヤモです。
年齢は19歳、地元の高校を卒業したばかりです。
４年間ほどタッチラグビーを経験したあと、16歳の頃から本格的にラグビーへ転向しました。17歳でナショナルチームの代表としてデビューを果たし、オフシーズンには７人制でプレーしています。
７人制でプレイするのはとても楽しいですし、もっと深く追求してみたいと思います。
才能豊かな選手たちが集まるTKMの一員になることができ、とてもラッキーだと思っています。
充実した環境の中でトレーニングに励むことができるので、私自身、大きく成長できるチャンスだと思います。
言語の壁が障害になることもあるかと思いますが、チーム全員が愛情と笑顔にあふれ一致団結していると思います。
今シーズンはケガのために活躍できず、とても残念です。
しかし、まだまだこれからチャンスは巡ってくると思っています。
これからも多くのことを学び、より強いプレイヤーになれるよう頑張ります。
いつも私を気にかけてくださるコーチ陣やチームメイトに感謝しています。
TKMとサポーターの皆さんのことが大好きです。みんなで力を合わせて頑張りましょう！
